Accounting Manager

An accounting manager handles the overall management and supervision of the accounting department. This includes overseeing the work of accountants, reviewing financial statements, and preparing reports for a senior management. They may also develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of rental properties in good physical repair and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing quality. The Chief Engineer ensures guest, owner, and staff satisfaction and safety by providing timely responses to maintenance work orders, overseeing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring courteous interaction and follow-up with owners and guests. The Chief Engineer will coordinate functions and activities with other department heads, guests, and owners as well as suppliers, contractors and members of the local community as needed.

General Technician

General Technician will address maintenance & repair issues across multiple rental properties, performing repairs and installations as well as recommending subcontractors for serious infrastructural projects. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioner. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property management and maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise.

Technician Supervisor

A technician supervisor is an experienced expert with excellent leadership skills. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day assigned duties of preventative maintenance and work orders across the multiple rental properties, as well as visiting work sites to verify all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Hospitality Executive

The primary duties of the Hospitality Executive are to assist rental guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide rental guests with rental services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.

Hospitality Supervisor

Negotiable

Primarily supervises Hospitality team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations across the multiple rental properties for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house tenants by providing accurate and timely information and services. Provides technical support to the Hospitality Team and housekeeping staff when needed.
