GENERAL DUTIES:

An accounting manager handles the overall management and supervision of the accounting department. This includes overseeing the work of accountants, reviewing financial statements, and preparing reports for a senior management. They may also develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1.  To manage and control the accounting, financial, and tax team in order to maintain an efficient and effective of montheffective month end closing in a timely and accurate manner.

2.  Oversee and monitor procedures guaranteeing the quality, regulations, and exhaustiveness of the  published accounts in compliance with applicable local laws.

3.   Supervision of Corporate income tax (PND51, PND50) & BOI & Deferred tax.

4.   Supervision of Coordinating with Revenue department / advisor, external audit and consultant team.

5.  Supervision of Financial statement and submission to DBD.

6.  Supervision of Coordinating with AuditorAuditors.

7.  To provide Monthlyprovide a Monthly performance report to senior management.

8.  To supervise AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets.

9.  Lead Accounting Staff: Included in the accounting manager’s purview is recruiting, hiring, and supervising accounting staff. They also conduct performance evaluations, coordinate training programs, and identify training needs.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Accounting required preferably in a Rental Property Management.
3. Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax systems.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5. Good computer literacy.
6. Good in communication and interpersonal skillskills.
7. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player with a willingness to help when required.
8. CPAA CPA license would be advantageadvantageous.
