GENERAL DUTIES:
To promote the image, services and brand awareness of the Phuket. Rent so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new property listings and sequential increases in short-term and long-term tenants.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Plan activities and marketing strategies for Social and Delivery platforms.
- Plan and take care of creating and updating content for graphic works used through online marketing channels such as social platform websites (FB, Line, Twitter, You tube and, IG).
- Create an online campaign in order to create brand awareness and create sales to sequential increases in new property listings and rental guests.
- Summary report of various online campaign activities by extracting data, compiling and analyzing summary.
- Responsible for marketing budget and making summary P&L reports to management.
- Plan marketing to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and plan marketing activity to increase new property listings.
- Set up and launch ads campaigns, monitoring performance and making real-time adjustments as needed.
Qualification:
1.Male or Female, Thai Nationality.
2.Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration.
3.Experience in online marketing, planning on analysis and strategy to hit the target group.
4.Experience in Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
4.Able to communicate in English, speaking, listening, reading and writing.
5.Have a strong knowledge and familiarity with the delivery platform would be advantageous.
6.Good communication and presentation skills in a professional way with skill in PowerPoint for presentation.
7.Team management skill.
