Role : Hospitality Supervisor

Salary : Negotiable
Location : Phuket

GENERAL DUTIES:

Primarily supervises Hospitality team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations across the multiple rental properties for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house tenants by providing accurate and timely information and services. Provides technical support to the Hospitality Team and housekeeping staff when needed.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  1. Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival with a friendly and sincere welcome while utilizing a positive and clear speaking voice, listens to and understands requests, and responds with answers meeting the reasonable needs and desires of guests.
  2. Provides exceptional guest service to all guests, setting the standard for all Hospitality Teams to follow.
  3. Supervises Hospitality Team, Concierge and Bellman during shift.
  4. Fields and resolves all Hospitality staff challenges during shifts.
  5. Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of all Hospitality tasks.
  6. Fields all initial rental guest requests to speak to a manager at the Hospitality Department. 
  7. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Guest facing and interaction experience required preferably in a Rental Property Management.
  3. Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Skills in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite Software, email and enterprise specific programs.
  6. Able to drive vehicles across the multiple rental properties for check-in and check-out process and valid driver’s license is required.
