GENERAL DUTIES:
Primarily supervises Hospitality team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations across the multiple rental properties for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house tenants by providing accurate and timely information and services. Provides technical support to the Hospitality Team and housekeeping staff when needed.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival with a friendly and sincere welcome while utilizing a positive and clear speaking voice, listens to and understands requests, and responds with answers meeting the reasonable needs and desires of guests.
- Provides exceptional guest service to all guests, setting the standard for all Hospitality Teams to follow.
- Supervises Hospitality Team, Concierge and Bellman during shift.
- Fields and resolves all Hospitality staff challenges during shifts.
- Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of all Hospitality tasks.
- Fields all initial rental guest requests to speak to a manager at the Hospitality Department.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Guest facing and interaction experience required preferably in a Rental Property Management.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite Software, email and enterprise specific programs.
- Able to drive vehicles across the multiple rental properties for check-in and check-out process and valid driver’s license is required.
