Role : Housekeeping Supervisor

Location : Phuket

GENERAL DUTIES:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the rental unit areas.  Provides administrative supervision, controls expenses, and inventories, and ensures that the department operates according to the policies and procedures set forth by the management.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • A basic knowledge of the functions of Housekeeping Equipment. 
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals. 
  • Good human relation skills. 
  • Ability to train staff and to evaluate their performance.
  • Leadership skills, especially planning and organizing skills, motivation, influencing and delegation skills.
  • Coaching and training skills. 

Qualification:

1. At least 2 years of experience in the position.

2.Hotel or villa experience.

3.Can communicate in English.

4.Having a Motorcycle driver’s license or car’s driver license and own vehicle will be an advantage.

5.Age 25-40 years.
