GENERAL DUTIES:
Villa Attendant is a position that plays a very important role. It is a job that provides close service to customers. Take care of the cleanliness of the room and property of the rentals. Employees must be honest with themselves and their customers. Love working in the service field, love cleanliness, neatness, and have patience for hard work.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Take care of and clean the guest rooms.
- Take care of rentals and guest’s property.
- Prepare a linen maid truck, Supplies, and cleaning equipment to be complete and ready to use at all times.
- Property’s KEY must be with you at all times while performing duties to ensure that it is not lost.
- Observe various events. Follow the responsible floor if something goes wrong. Notify your supervisor immediately.
- Clean the storage room and check the linen & amenities stock every day.
- Have good human relations.
- Cooperate and respect your superiors.
- Help with various tasks In the case of special work.
Qualification:
1. At least 1 years of experience in the position.
2.Hotel or villa experience.
3.Fair English will be an advantage.
4.Having a Motorcycle driver’s license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
5.Age 20-40 years.
